1. Your Data

SIImole does not collect any data on servers or networks that we own or operate. Everything the software generates - chat history, settings, cached files, logs - is created and stored only on your own device, in the location where the application is installed or configured to store its data. Nothing is sent to us, because we have no systems set up to receive it. What happens on your device stays on your device.

Since we do not collect or handle any personal data, the traditional Data controller rules under GDPR do not apply to us. That said, if you ever have a question or concern about how the software handles your data, feel free to reach out at siimole.official@gmail.com.

2. ST-VPN (Powered by Tor)

ST-VPN routes your connection through three independent Tor relays (Guard, Middle, Exit), masking both your IPv4 and IPv6 address from every site you visit. A built-in stealth mode disguises your traffic using obfs4 or Snowflake, helping you stay connected even behind firewalls or VPN blockers. You can rotate to a new circuit and exit IP at any time with the "New Identity" button, and a live panel displays your real IP alongside your protected Tor IP so you can confirm you're covered before you browse.

ST-VPN requires no account, no third-party server, and no monthly fee - it runs entirely on the free, public Tor network. We keep no logs and have no visibility into your traffic.

Please note: as with any service built on the public Tor network, the final relay in the circuit (the exit node) may, in rare cases, have visibility into unencrypted traffic. This is a well-documented characteristic of how Tor operates, not a limitation specific to ST-VPN. For the strongest protection, we recommend using HTTPS-secured websites while ST-VPN is active.

We do not use any other third-party services, analytics, or tracking tools. No ads, no telemetry, no background data collection.

3. Your Control Over Your Data

Because everything is stored locally, you're always in full control:

You can view, back up, or delete your data at any time from wherever the application stores its files on your device.
Uninstalling the software and removing its associated data removes all traces of it from your device.
No account or personal sign-up is required to use SIImole.

4. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, branding, and other materials that make up SIImole belong to the SIImole Team and are protected under copyright law.

Without our written permission, it is not permitted to:

Copy, access, reverse-engineer, or redistribute SIImole's code or Assets.
Use SIImole's code, name, or branding for commercial purposes or financial gain.
Use SIImole's code or materials to create or support harmful, illegal, or malicious software.

Depending on jurisdiction, such actions may violate copyright or computer access laws, including:

Germany: the German Copyright Act (Urheberrechtsgesetz) and Section 202a of the German Criminal Code (unauthorized data access).
United States: the U.S. Copyright Act and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
European Union: EU Directive 2001/29/EC on copyright and, where relevant, the EU Trade Secrets Directive (2016/943).
Internationally: the Berne Convention, followed by most countries, including Germany and the United States.
